Message Forwarding

Message forwarding is the ability to forward messages from one ReferralNet account to another supporting the ability to manage accounts remotely from the web site. The forwarding of messages is particularly useful for managing the below conditions;

• If you are going on leave but want to forward messages onto an associate in your absence.
• If you are using ReferralNet at an organisation that has a large, fluctuating employee base and you don't want to constantly maintain the ReferralNet Agent to receive messages from each individual account's inbox.
