Notifications

ReferralNet messaging supports the ability to request emails to be sent when certain key events occur in the context of each message that is routed through the ReferralNet network. These events are configured using the ReferralNet web site on a per ReferralNet account basis and can be found under the Notifications tab of each user account profile.

It is always a good idea to enable the "Send an email alert when a recipient FAILS to successfully receive a message." option. It may also be wise to also enable the "Send an email alert of a new message" option for a honeymoon period both to gain visibility of any early connectivity issues and obtain customer confidence.
